The 66th Cannes Film Festival #1

[Fr]   Bonjour mes chers lecteurs/lectrices !   Ça fait longtemps que j'ai laissé mon blog.   Je partais en Côte d'Azur, et je me contentais de m'éloigner des outils électroniques pour un moment.   Quand il y a du soleil et la mer, on n'a plus besoin de SNS ;)   Mon séjour à Cannes était donc plus que super, c'était indescriptible.   Il est vrai que c'est une toute petite ville mais pendant le festival c'est différent, ceux qui travaillent dans le cinéma y débarquent (et cela fait monter considérablement les prix de chambre d'hôtels).  Cette année le festival s'est ouvert avec le film Gatsby Le Magnifique de Baz Luhermann, qui a emmené nombreux fans de Leonardo DiCaprio.  Les terrasses des cafés sur le boulevard Croisette étaient remplies, soirées partout, robes de créateur, bateaux, bouteilles de champagne, paparazzi, autographes..., bref, c'était une folie.  Cela m'a donné le vertige ; l'image dans le cinéma et celle de la réalité ne se différenciaient plus, c'était comme une réincarnation des années folles.   Tout au long du festival la ville était animée.   J'ai montée les marches pour certaines projections.  C'était très sympa.


[Jp]   お久しぶりです。プティットあやこは南仏にてしばしの間ネット環境から離れ、青い海と太陽を満喫してきました。カンヌは素晴らしかった！普段は特になにもない町ですが、映画祭期間中は世界中から映画関係者や記者や観光客がやってきてごった返すのです。当然、ホテルの価格も恐ろしいほど跳ね上がります。今年は『華麗なるギャッツビー』がオープニング作品だったので、ディカプリオファンが黄色い歓声を上げていました。クロワゼット大通りと呼ばれる海岸沿いの通りは非常に賑やかで、期間中はパーティーが至る所で開かれ、デザイナーのドレスを身に纏った女性たちとタキシードの男性たちが町を華やかに盛り上げます。シャンパンボトルが次々と空になっていき、狂騒の20年代が復活したような状態で、もはや何が映画の中の世界で何が現実なのか分からなくなるほど。私もグラン・テアトル・リュミエールというメイン会場でのワールドプレミアに出席してきました。写真はカールトンホテル。スターの出入りを捉えるため、入り口にはパパラッチが待ち構えています。

[En]   Hi everyone !  It's been long since I updated you last time.   I took a holiday on the south of France, where I haven't connected to Internet often.   When there's a beautiful beach with nice weather you don't really feel like logging in SNS, you know !   Cannes was way more than amazing.  Well, it's just a small town, but during the festival it gets stupidly full with those who work in the film industry, journalists and celebrities, which is why hotel room prices skyrocket during this period.  Busy cafe terrace on Boulevard Croisette, parties everywhere, designer's gowns, cruise ships, champagne bottles, paparazzi, bow ties... all these fancy things have given me dizzy.  The opening film of this year was Baz Luhermann's The Great Gatsby,  which brought a lot of Leonardo DiCaprio's fan from every part of the world.   The city and surrounding villages were occupied by crazy people, which was almost like the reincarnation of the Golden Twenties.   I mean, it was a total craziness.   It was so nice to attend some screenings at Grand Théâtre Lumière, the biggest theater in the Palais.
